Skull Shores Frankie Question - UPDATE: Found at Justice 40%off

OK, I'm coming to the experts again for help - I'm now looking for Skull Shores Frankie.  Anyone know when she is supposed to start appearing in stores?  Or has she already?  And any guesses on which store will be the best one to try finding her at? 

UPDATE: Just found her today at Justice she was $14, but they are having a storewide 40% off sale, so we snapped her up at $8.40  Woot Woot!!!!

She was supposed to be released at the end of March... But i had a page saved on Kmart's website and it she is saying "No longer available"
So i am very confused as well..

Is she supposed to be an exclusive somewhere?

I'm pretty sure I've heard she's going to be released April 13th.

As for where to find her, I'd say anywhere you could find the other discount MH dolls, like Justice, Family Dollar, Big Lots etc.  Anywhere that carried the Killer Style dolls.

Kmart is getting SS Frankie for sure, that's been confirmed.

( i am sure i will see her everywhere now! lol)
