That may be true, but for me, the negative feedback is often the breaking point. I understand that sometimes people make mistakes, things get lost in the mail, etc.. I bought a pony recently and the one negative comment left was "Did not leave feedback do not buy!" Seller replies "I never leave feedback before the buyer so that I know everything went okay." Buyer replies "Holds your feedback at ransom do not buy from her." Stuff like that is inevitable sometimes, and I don't hold it against the seller. But as a customer I do try to use discretion. Based on this seller's nasty replies to customers, I will never, ever buy from her. That's just bad form, and I prefer to avoid it.

Oh, I probably wouldn't buy from her either...I do check the negative and neutral feedback to see if there are common problems or how a sell deals with them before I decide to purchase from them. But I don't think being rude will get you kicked on eBay if your overall rating is that positive.

What a DISGUSTING attitude.    To even deny the fact that their items smell of smoke is outrageous. People like this absolutely aggrivate me. If someone ever spoke to me like that about feedback that was honest, I would actually go bonkers. 

How rude. People like this should be removed my ebay. And that poor Minty

I checked out her other "customs".  Missing spots/streaks on all of them.  My gut tells me they are not sealed either.  Also, "no representation is made about whether any item is exposed to smoke..."

I made the post because of the poor minty with the awful paint job. I didn't even look at the sellers feedback until it was pointed out
