Tony Horton is the creator of P90X a fitness routine made by Beachbody. Since I became disabled I have focused on fitness to make sure I would be able to keep the use of my disabled arm and not let the nerve damage pain take control.


I Saw P90X on an infomercial (ya I know) and got it. It truly is an amazing total body program. Anyhoo Tony came out with P90X2 this Dec so I've been doing that and thought I'd combine the two things I've been "into" into one thing lol.
