Anyone got unbroken Flutter pony wings?

I'm trying to improve my replacement designs, and I've come to realize i think I have the attachment point wrong...   


So does anyone have pictures, or better yet a 1:1 scan of unbroken wings with the tabs intact?  Off the pony, that is, just the wings by themselves.

I think those things break the minute you take them out of the box!

I wouldn't be surprised if some did! The ones in my pics though were fleamarket finds though, and they were just in a plastic ziplock bag

What a lucky find!  And yes, judging from those pics I have indeed been attaching the wings wrong all these years, oh my.  Looks like a fresh batch of replacement wings is on my agenda. 


I'd still love a scan or top down pic if anyone has one, but those are indeed helpful!

Lol yes! Whoever designed these for children under the age of 6 did not run them through a focus group with kids before production!

They never bothered to knock one over or drop one, either. 


That's actually why I make replacements instead of going after original wings - mine can be bounced off the floor or knocked off a shelf and they don't even pop out.
