you could let them know it's misleading and they are leaving themselves open to 'item not as described' returns?of course, there's also the chance that the lot will have better ponies in it, but they should make it clear which lot is actually for the ones pictured!
there were 2 BIG lots on ebay with the same pic, including some rares, and it wasn't until someone asked the seller about it that they admitted 1 of the 2 lots were different ponies, but they had lost use of a camera, so just put up the same picture for both lots. :/
