What's pony flaw annoys you the most?

Cancer or mould.... I have the most mintiest Cascade ever that I got in a lot of well-loved toys, she would be the mintiest ever apart from she has a few mould marks around her neck, big ones too, everything else is sooo mint! I want to put her on display but I'm scared of other ponies catching it, but I don't want to sell her because she has fallen in love with a poor condition Salty I saved from the same lot! Awhhh! xxx

I'm fine with anything, the only thing I'm not accepting here is major tail rust (I saw a baby Lickety Split with no colour apart from yellowy brown in her tail) and plasticiser breakdown.

2 things annoy me - both of which are not "fixable" - tail and mane trims [I know you can get new hair but I like original hair and therefore trims annoy me] and also regrind because there is no beating it and its going to get your pony!

I'm kinda picky, so anything that's more than a minor flaw bugs me.  I have an intense hatred of tail rust, even if it's minor.  I'd rather not break the original neck seal to fix it; I usually just wait for a better speciman to roll around.  Stains under feet bug me too; doesn't matter that you can't see them on display, I still know they're there.  I'd actually rather have a tiny ink mark in a visible spot than a big ink stain under a hoof.  Head-body mismatches irritate me too, and of course haircuts and ink stains (I can live with a tiny spot).  Cancer and regrind if it's excessive, though I know I have to be more lenient with some rare ponies.  Just got German Raindrop (both large and small symbol versions at almost the same time, actually).  Of course each one has a few tiny regrind spots, but they're hard to see, and I'm thrilled with both of my new rainbow ponies.

mold! i can never get it out of the legs or the bottom of the hooves >.>
and cut forelocks! what would make the previous owners want to chop off the front of their ponies manes anyway? it makes them look like theyre balding!

I mean I won't pass up a chewed pony, because I'm a no pony left behind type of girl. But....eurghhh! I have no idea why it annoys me so much xD

I suppose all the incurablez bother me too, but it's just something we have to accept with these collectables being as old as they are....at least that's what I tell myself.

Pony make-up!

I hate finding a neat pony, only to find out she has red marker all over her lips ;_;

I've never had an experience with mold or cancer, but I can see where they would be annoying.  My worst experience was major tail rust on Sky Skimmer, so I'd have to go with that one.  Then again, I had to buy a second Twilight Sparkle because the first one was terrible mismatched as far as color goes.  And the first one had bangs too!  But even my second one is a little mismatched.

I hate initials on hooves!  I don't know why I hate it so much, it's not like you can see it when on display... just something about deliberately and permanently marking a pony really grinds my gears. 

Oh my gosh last time I went to the thrift store I saw about 6-7 (G3s and some of the re-release collector ponies) ponies that a girl had written her entire name across one side of in sharpie. I might have been tempted to pick up those collector ones if it weren't for that.


As for personal pet peeves, I collect G4 so the ponies I get are new and any flaw out of the box that I can't fix annoys me. Mainly stains, damaged decals, glue on their faces and hair that looks like it was cut short.
