Wave IV Blind Bags?

I'm sorry if this is a misplaced question - I've been a bit out of the loop.
I know these are all on Strawberry Reef & there's a photo of packaging design on there, too.
Are these blind bags out yet?

Just on Taobao and even then not many of them....I would think they would be due to hit stores "somewhere" soon...the packaging looks as though its in a similar theme to the upcoming wedding so my guess would be they will be released around the same time...
