Need help from a care bear collector

Can one of you care bear collectors tell me anything about jumbo birthday bear(28 inches I think). What color are her feet? Who made her? I would love a pic if you have one:)

Not vintage. I think they were made in 2000 or 2002. Anybody have one?

hmmm... 2000-2002... I don't think Play Along made plushes that big... Most likely Nanco, Betesh Group or Carlton Canada? (Betesh Group bears usually have embroidered eyes tho).

I bought him/her in the Philippines back in 2006 along with 2 13"s bears, I left one in London, have no idea what happened to it. Sorry he's in a box in my mums garage so not sure of the make etc...

I actally thought there was an orangey one?? I've been out of the care bear loop for a while, they're just too expensive to post these days

Thanks seabreeze! Yours has dark yellow hearts on the feet but I have seen an orange one too. Ramchyld-I was thinking carlton cards made them. Could they have been made in the UK?

I think Carlton Cards did the white foot versions with curl care bears? Not sure if Birthday was one of those though, I remember not all of them were done

I think your right. I have the white one with stars and stripes and it's labeled Carlton Cards. Your birthday bear is yellow and yellow hearts so maybe it was american greetings or play along that made that one? They are VERY hard to find!

I had an orangey coloured one but get rid of it years ago, he was a 13" with orange feet. I remember because he was the only birthday bear that has passed through my hands. He was a real cutie too.

I had jumbo Funshine that I bought at TRU, but I gave him to Goodwill because he took up too much space.  I believe the jumbo care bears were made by Play Along in 2002 or 2003.

fingerpaints-that is adorable! I have a pic of my daughter when she was 2 dressed as a care bear sitting next to 1 of the jumbo ones. They are the same size so it's too cute:)

Hmmm... I thought the largest Play Along Toys bears were 24". Or was it only in the AiCAL generation that the largest was 24"?
