display mlp stile woodwork ideas needed

I like to create some display shelves for my ponies to stock them on.

for my flying ponies I thinking to create shelves on a background like this:

visitors can't see pics , please register or login
visitors can't see pics , please register or login


for my unicorns I would think of something like this:

visitors can't see pics , please register or login
visitors can't see pics , please register or login
visitors can't see pics , please register or login


But for the earth ponies (I have totaly no ideas :/)

plants and flowers (fantasticfirefly)
heart and teardrop/raindrop (oneleo1)

For the main 6 I'm planning to use there elements of harmony:

or
visitors can't see pics , please register or login



I'm planning on using 3 hights,
universe level for unicorns
sky level for pegasi
ground level for earth ponies

if you have any ideas, how best to place the shelves or ideas for earth pony backgrounds please let me know :-)
I'm also looking for idea's on blindbag shelves

I have wall of 4m high on 6m deep of them (thats 13.12 feet on 19.69 feet)
so please help me find some more ideas

What kind of collection? G4?
Are you painting these backgrounds or will they have texture (are you milling out the pieces (stars/clouds etc)?). If you are painting out backgrounds I really would suggest muting/softening  the colours a bit, so while it'll have a nice themed pattern for each type of pony, the colours won't compete with the ponies themselves. (Earth ponies, would plants and flowers be a good theme?)

For the nicest look, it would be a shelf that is just deep enough to accommodate a single row of ponies. How deep you need the shelves again would depend on generation. Sounds like a fun project.

yea mainly my G4 collection,
I'm going to make the backgrounds out of wood. just flat with the shelves worked onto them I don't really know if it will have a single or multiple rows but that I will see if my project gets off probably the softening of the colors would be a good idea ^^ (If I don't use glow in the dark paint anyway (those are really soft already))
