According to Shout Factory's Twitter, you can return the disc and no changes were made to the :muffin: Pony episode.

hey everypony, if you contact the shout factory and give them proof of purchase they will send you replacement dvds for free! and you do not have to send the defective disks back, you can keep them. how awsome it that? I contacted them and they said they will have my replacement dvds in the mail in a week .

What about overseas buyers? Will they send out of the US? I bought the DVD off Amazon and am waiting on it, but I'm worried that they will not honor my warranty since I'm buying it outside of the intended territory.

you should contact shout factory and ask them. I would say they will replace them. they seem to stand behind what they sell.
