Slugger! Y U so expensive and hard to find? D:

Slugger is one of the two BB's I need to complete my set.  He's also the one I'm having the hardest time tracking down.  And I thought Chief was hard to find! ><  And when I do find him, he's either in deplorable condition, really expensive, or both!

So I have to ask.  Is he really HTF or sought after?

Really? I've been seeing him for $40-$50 on eBay and on here from time to time.  And that's without accessories!

I do think he is hard to find too! I am sure I see him come up for sale less than the other boys.

Actually I ll agree - I found him the toughest to track down of the group - he and Quarterback were the last 2 I managed to find - both are so prone to problems....

The 20-25 for him in gorgeous condition would be perfect - in the current market and without his accessories he shouldnt be higher!

He does seem rather hard to find. I've seen him once or twice on the auction site here. Barnacle seems hard to find too. D:

I'm also missing Slugger from my BB collection, as well as Quaterback and a decent 4-Speed. Maybe the prices are so high because we're all currently after him? ^_^;;

Ahh quaterback is the only one I am yet to complete! I would say for sure quarterback and slugger are the hardest 2 to get : ) My slugger has regrind but I can live with it to have him

I think that's how much I got mine for. I think that while he's not rare, he is uncommon and those ponies tend to fluctuate on how often they pop up...
