I can recommend
TriDerma MD Facial Redness Repair. I found mine at Walgreens. I've also used
No7 Calm Skin Redness Relief Gel, which I think Target carries.
However, are you positive it's actually rosacea?
If it hasn't been confirmed, then it might in fact be acne. The same type I used to have. I thought for years I had rosacea, my face (upper cheeks and nose mostly) was always red and when it was really bad, my skin would hurt and tingle. Sometimes certain areas would raise up. Proactiv cleared mine up completely, and I learned that what I had was an uncommon type of acne.
The above medicine help with my normal flushed redness after strenuous activity or when it's very hot outside (I'm a fair skinned redhead and sensitive to light and particles in the air) but it's nowhere near as bad as it used to be, and never hurts, just gets hot. The creams calm my skin and take the redness away. I like the TriDerma a bit more because there's something in the No7 which kind of makes your skin sparkle, but it's purely cosmetic. Both work well.
