Looking to commission an artist - Artist found -Thank you

Hi all,
I am looking to commission an artist for a pretty specific piece of pony art.  I am currently debating between pony or anthro though, so could be open to either.
I want the art work to be about 8x10 (or a regular page size) and to include both of my personas Cuore Solitario & Kodak Moment (pics below but I can send you more if needed).  I am looking for an image of them interacting in a romantic pose (I can give more details via pm).  The art can be traditional or digital (as long as it is printed high quality).
