Unpopular Pony Opinions?

Do have you have any opinions about MLPs that seem unpopular (or at least to you) in the community? What are they, both positive and negative?


I'll start off with one of each.




-I love the donkey pose! It's one of my favorites from G3.


-I don't really like the way the TE ponies look. They're kind of creepy to me.

I *don't* like Mimic  (nice colours and I like TE's, but icky pose)
That g4 boy pony toy looks awful (but we'll see if he changes...)
I hate that Hearth's Warming Eve episode o_o
I don't like the term 'pony cancer'

I do like the BBE babies and the poor deformed DNW babies

I don't like Perfume Puff hair, I think the ponies themselves are pretty - but I so badly want to rip out that "hair". This is why I've had to send any PP  ponies I've come across to new homes. *lol*

I also think that most of the G1 ponies from the 10th anniversary line are odd.

I've recently seen a pamplet with a Baby Shady in NBBE Baby Cuddles/Tiddlywinks pose. and I've never liked Shady before, not the grown up nor the baby. Her colors are a bit too exiting for me, but to see her in my favorite baby pose just melted my heart <3 I really wish they'd have made her like that!

i think Gingerbread's pose is cute! just the head is a little fat and the nose seems shorter than the other ponies. but i HATE the Quackers pose. the legs are too weird. i dont even see how a pony could walk like that...

i LOVE twinkle eyes. thats my favorite set from G1. hands down.

and i dont care what anyone says, I LOVE SHADY! and i think she looks even better deflocked!

i like mimic too! the colors are odd, but thats what makes her so charming to me! i like unique color combos on ponies!

G2s seem to have a bad rep (though not as bad ads G3.5), but I like 'em.

I like the donkey pose, I don't mind tinsel or damaged flocking, but I don't really care for the Princess Ponies. Their medallions don't symbolize anything, so they seem to plain and unoriginal to me, especially with their US names.

I love sea ponies! I also like BBEs and I usually really love G3.5 customs (I like some G3.5 Hasbro ponies but its rare). I adore Shady and honestly don't like Mimic very much unless she's baity (which is the only way I want one). I prefer most G1s to have hair cuts and/or no tails.

I've seen some people with similar opinions before, so I'm not sure how unpopular this one is, but I usually prefer baity G1s.

I like pegasus ponies, in special Thistle Wistle. Really i like a bit Quackers. Well, it's strange.

I don't like G3 ponies like Minty, Star Catcher, some popular G3 ponies. I HATE BUT I REALLY HATE G1 WITH BRIGHT COLOURS. I don't care, so deal with it.

Agreed! I've never understood why she is so popular. I am not a fan of her body color at all.

I don't like BBE babies much; I prefer to collect the NBBE versions.
