ZennaBug you should totally get back into it if you want to! Maybe start off doing some youtube yoga to get back into the swing of things before you can get around to joining a new class. Tara Stiles is particularly good on youtube. I like youtube because I'm so out of shape and being in a class like that was embarrassing last time I tried
In other news I've been doing it seriously for 5 days and my waist is already getting smaller. Wild! An exercise that doesn't make me feel like I'm trying to destroy myself, and shows good results.
