Anyone know how to contact Ginaiam outside the arena? - Resolved sort of.

Hi Everyone!
 
I was the lucky winner of her auction to the MIB bbe sleepy pie.  I received 2 PM's from her on 13 February advising me i was the successful winner.
 
However, i have sent her 3 PM's back asking for her paypal details and the postage total providing her with my addy to get the quote and let me pay for the item.
 
I have not received any response and I know that she has been logging in as i have checked her profile page and all 3 times she has logged in those days, the most recent being today!
 
Does anyone know how to contact her outside the arena to let her know i'm trying to resolve this?  I am hoping we're not having issues with our PM's as i have been sending and receiving others from members fine.  I would just like to resolve this pleasantly

** UPDATE**
Ginaiam has contacted me but unfortunately due to some real life issues she had sold the pony to someone else during the MIA period.  Feedback has been left accordingly. 

This can now be deleted if appropriate mods.  Thanks for all your advice and support.

She might be just gathering info on her end, too.  I know I have been a bit lazy at times with packing up stuff and getting shipping info together.  Actually, until I began shipping from home with a scale, I was on a 2-3 day lag because I would have to physically go to the PO to get something weighed, lol!

No it was on the arena recently.  I have bumped it up to let her know i have PM'd her.

Stormy31685 - She PM'd me on monday/tuesday last week. 

I'm sure trying to figure out international postage would be a pain in the A**.

I dont know if she has read them Ponylady    Its the one feature i miss about the old arena - it would sit in an outbox until you know its been read.

I'm sure she probably is behind, maybe with studies/work/etc.  Just thought not everyone gets a chance to log on to the arena often so if she had an email or is on facebook i could check in with her there.

Actually it does show if the message has been read or not. Go to your sent box, and you'll see these icons:
visitors can't see pics , please register or login

Easy to tell what has been read and what hasn't.

Hmm.. you'd think she would respond to your messages even if its just to let you know that its taking a while to work out the international shipping costs   one thing I have noticed with the new Arena PMs though is that sometimes you can open one to read, and it will mark all the other new ones as read cos it shows them all open at the bottom of the page under the message list (unless there is some way to adjust this that i dont know of yet )  . I've missed a few myself that way and only found out somtime later so i was slower to respond than usual . Now I double check all the messages on the list to make sure that I havent accidently missed one. Sorry for the ramble!  I guess what I'm saying is that she could still have missed reading your messages and they could still be marked as read for this reason.  But then again that doesnt explain why she has not read your last couple of PMs

Hopefully she will respond soon since you also posted on her thread. Maybe someone else here has her email addy or facebook page to help you
