I love custom jewelry!! I have many pairs of earrings that I made myself, these are my latest pair and I am in Love!!!!

And these are both kinda random, but I like them, too. The Mickey Mouse ears were especially made for my trip to Disney World back in 2008. The white rabbits were crafted to celebrate my first Lionhead bunbun.

I love those!  I wouldn't be able to wear the pony ones though... they'd be too heavy for my ears, but that is so CUTE!
 
I've done a few earrings over the year... the triforce earrings, the earings Zelda wears in Twilight Princess, Hello Kitty earrings, Mario Mushrooms (those are my fave).  I don't have any pics, though.    I'll have to take some yet!

  They're made of blind bags and are a bit on the heavy side, but I have worn them out several times now and they don't bother me at all. I don't have sensitive ears though, either, so..
I do get lots of comments on them!!

Custom jewelry is so fun. I'm a newbie jewelry maker... it mostly started from my life-long obsession/interest in rocks, gems and shells. It gives me something to do with some of the smaller ones haha. Right now I'm making plans to wire-wrap an opal. (not a crazy expensive one.. but it's still super pretty)

I own some custom jewelry, some that I've made, some from my sister (she briefly tested it out herself) and some from a lady my mom works with.  I only have a picture of one necklace though, made by diana_arcuri!  I bought it because the unicorn reminds me of my old imaginary friend, Amber (she was a unicorn, lol)

I'm also making some fandom stuff right now. I've made some Doctor Who, Sherlock, Merlin and Hetalia earrings and am waiting for more pendants to dry. I'm going to be taking orders once I perfect the technique for making these things. The Doctor/Tardis and the Sherlock ones are both double sided. The new ones I'm making will be too. So far I have Rose, Martha, Donna, River, the 11th Doctor and a Tardis going, with more waiting to be started!
