Bump in the night
« on: February 21, 2012, 03:02:35 AM »

Oh man, so I was sleeping and suddenly woke up early this morning and heard this noise like plastic sliding against itself in little fits and starts. But instead of thinking "oh it's a mouse" (unlikely), or "that's the bubble mailers in the Target bag against the plastic laundry folding board being blown on by the heater" (much more likely), my first thought was "oh god oh god I was wrong they're going to rise up and kill me" since the noise was right there next to my Monster High doll shelf.

You know, I didn't even SEE Chucky, just the previews for Bride of Chucky, and yet I'm still scarred for life.

But the fact that the noise stopped about 10 seconds after I switched on the light is still kind of upsetting.

LOL I'm sure it's fine. They totally just needed to stretch their legs. They get stiff standing on the shelf! More Toy Story, less Chuckie.

Ill sometimes wake up from sounds or images (like lightning or trees with a light behind them blowing in the wind), and it takes me a few seconds to process what it was :)

Ha, I thought you were going to say you're sure it was your ponies moving around when nobody is looking :P

Sometimes I think this does happen....there are certain ponies I am sure I dont move but they end up on different shelves...its either magic or the ponies really do come to life!

I feel your panic Jadis!!...this happens to me after watching American Horror Story and then going straight to bed....sign a 30 year old sleeping with the light on is not a good thing
Thank you Matcha for my gorgeous Baby Fifi avi

To kling on the subject chucky...
My friend has a chucky doll, and she has asked me to babysit their dog when it was a pup because they need to go somewhere...
That creepy doll sit on the sofa and i swear...everytime i looked at that thing it looked if he had moved a little....and then i suddenly colopsed and felt with head down of the sofa....i screamed and got that thing by a leg and swing it in a closet with the door locked and the key in my hand till my friend came home....
And this is what she said: "Owh yes chucky does sometimes feel from the sofa before..." IIieeeeeeeekkkssss!!!!
