I could understand them being so high because they worked hard making them look right. Speaking of which, apparently these eBay auctions can't have MLP or FiM in the title because of copyright or something silly as one seller had to take down the auction or something and have it not include that. I read about this from a dA user.

Was this because Hasbro or Ebay asked them? I havent heard of HB interfering like this on ebay before...its not a nice pattern. I know its well within their right to do so and I understand why they would. But its just that they have kind of let us all get on with it in past without being too big brother-y and maybe they are going to stop being so lenient

As I understand, it was eBay but why force them to take it down when they made it? I mean customs go up all the time and I haven't heard this type of thing being used there. Maybe they aren't as recognizable?

@StarSwirl...wow ebay asked them? thats a bit of a pain...considering the amount of FiM/Hasbro inspired customs that sell there...hopefully just a one off!

If I remember correctly, it was a butthurt user who reported a listing and eBay pulled the auction. Then told them they were not allowed to use any trademarked phrases in the auction titles.

Lol...I think ebay would loose a lot of its listings if everything with a trademark in the title was pulled! There is no sussing ebay's strategy on anything...they seem to only react if someone points something out...

I had noticed these a while back.   If I could sew, I'd start making and selling them too!   They are great quality, though way too pricey for me to afford!

Still, I have to say congrats to all the sellers/seamstresses!
