Cruella. She wanted to kill the puppies for their fur! That is beyond evil.

Cruella never bothered me that mutch because to be entirely honest I am a filthy supporter of humans over animals and etc etc etc and I could never take her seriously.
Her ultra-hammy Polish voice didn't help.

But Frollo wins. Hands down. The guy's a bloody psycho.

And the fact people like that exist in positions of power is absolutely terrifying.

I voted Ursula! She is soooo evil and well she is mean! And my all time favorite!

Cruella! I was even thinking about dressing as her for Halloween. I always wear a costume when I hand out candy. My dog dresses up too. I'm not sure how he feels about dressing as a dalmatian though. He's usually dressed as a devil. lol

I voted for Maleficent. She was the only Disney villain that I ever found "scary" as a child. She shows up and places a death curse on a baby for no significant reason.

Agreed.  She is evil incarnate:  cold, cunning, yet charismatic (she is even creepier in Kingdom Hearts).  Maleficent is like a female Disney counterpart to Chancellor Palpatine

I voted Frollo, though he might not be super humanly evil like some of the others that only makes him scarier to me. Because in his mind he is trying to be good, and most 'real life villians' seem to be the same. Very creepy.
