Clayton from Tarzan was pretty bad, he was a hunter, he shot animals, wanted to hunt after Tarzan with his gun.

I'd say the devil from the first Fantasia movie since, ya know, embodiment of evil and whatnot, but I'm voting Cruella de Vil because I was completely terrified of her as a lil' kid. x.X And poor puppies!!

It was a really tough choice between Frollo, Scar and Gothel but in the end, went with Scar
The fact that he planned his owner brother's murder so he could rise to power and then manipulated his own nephew into thinking his father's death was his fault to get him out of the way so he could be king, his own family destroyed to suit his evil ambitions.... just pure evil

I voted for Maleficent, not only because I love her name, but because she scared me when I was a kid. She was overlooked and decides to kill a child as revenge! If she do that for pettiness, I don't want to know what she'd plan if something really bad was done to her.

Oooh, I remember when my younger sister saw the movie for the first time. When Maleficent became a dragon, my sister screamed, and started to cry and had nightmares.. Disney did an awesome job on that villain! ^^ (And no, sister was not scarred. Nowadays she's a horrormovie fan and thinks things like Saw is "nothing".)

Cruella de Vil. She's trying to kill PUPPIES!!!!! It doesn't get more evil than that.

Scar! He killed his own brother! And then when his nephew came back to try to help his pride, he tried to kill him too. Talk about family issues.

But you know....Cruella is pretty bad too. Anyone who wants to murder puppies puts a frown on my face.

Frollo scared me the most as a child. Also watching the movie as an adult I find him the most evil being the most human.

Had to go with Frollo on this one. He still gives me the creeps, and has one of the eeriest villain songs I have ever heard.

I may also be biased because he was voiced by Tony Jay who did the voice of Megabyte from Reboot (One of my fave shows and villains of all time)

Yay! Someone else who remembers ReBoot! I remember when I first watched Hunchback I recognized him right away and was all excited because of it.

I voted for Maleficent. She was the only Disney villain that I ever found "scary" as a child. She shows up and places a death curse on a baby for no significant reason.
