I see a need to post this again as the us vs. them attitude has shown up again, and it will not be tolerated. Everyone needs to read this and take it to heart. We are one community, despite what generations we prefer, what ponies we collect and what shows we watch.

Important Notice to ALL Arena Members:

The mods have noticed a disturbing and unwelcome trend lately among our members. This is a reminder that the Arena is a welcoming pony home to ALL members: new, old, collectors, bronies, customizers, and fans alike.

We've been seeing an increasing number of threads with an "us vs them" attitude. These are completely against what the Arena stands for; as such, these threads will no longer be tolerated.

All we expect from our members is to respect each other and to follow the rules. This includes our PG-13 rule, no linking to other pony forums, and new members making introduction posts. Any that feel they cannot comply with these simple requests are welcome to leave.

Those caught repeatedly breaking the rules will find their memberships at risk.

Bronies/FIM fans, please realize that pony fans have been around for years and you are entering into a well established, PG-13 community. Long-time fans/collectors, please remember we were all new once and that everyone has their own tastes. Those who do not like customs, please respect artists' choice to do as they will with their ponies. In turn, customizers please respect that there are members who do not like the idea of pony customization.

We are all here because we love the same ponies. Whether we're fans of G1s, G2s, G3s, G3.5s, G4s, fakies, or customs, we need to show each other respect.

This has been one of the best online communities I've known for almost 10 years now, we should all try to keep it that way.  Everyone's entitled to their opinion and everyone's opinion should be respected, even when we don't always agree.  After all, we're all here because we love Ponies!

I had noticed a growing and uncomfortable trend (again) but I'm here for the Poneh...I love all gens and collect all gens.

I guess with such a wide range of people all liking the same brand, people aren't always going to see eye to eye, but people must have mutual respect for each other, that's what the community (IMHO) should be all about

Thank you for the reminder! I come here because I think it is the nicest forum community I have ever been a part of. Even though we all have different Generation preferences, have collected for longer or shorter periods of time, have been members since when the forum was first made, or just joined last month... we are all brought together for the same reason; We all love My Little Pony and we want to share that love with eachother!

Exactly, we all like ponies. Everyone's welcome to which ones they prefer, but the bigger than pool of buyers the more releases hasbro will make now and in the future!
