Hard to tell with the pics, but here is what I think

the first one is pindot - oxybath to clear that up
the 2nd looks like the tip of a marker got to her - sunfade
Magesty 1 - looks like it could be cancer, need a clearer pic
Magesty 2 - looks like marker again, need a clearer pic
Baby Lickety Split -  looks like marker or highlighter stains
Baby Ribbs - looks like it could be cancer
Lavender Lace - looks like cancer

Gusty is pindot, soak in an oxybath :)

So basically, large brown spots are cancer while colored ones arent?

Brown spots that are cancer tend to have a darker center spot.

Brown spots without the center spot are age spots.

Other colors are typically marker or pen or whatnot.

Neon pink on a pink body is regrind, same goes with orange.

I think I covered most of the known issues :)

The baby pony with a cupcake on her rear is Lil Cupcake. You may want to be a little extra careful with her, since she worth a bit more than normal. :-)(around $60 maybe?) That blue mark may well go away with some careful sunfading. Just wrap her up like a baked potato in some tin foil, leaving only that small area uncovered and put her in a sunny window! :-) Leave her there for a while and it may go away.

Do you have her sister too? She's a blue uni with a cake symbol. :-) Congrats on having an uncommon pony!

White ponies will also sunfade very well!  You can also put them in a clear container, covered, with peroxide and sit in a sunny window (or directly outside) for a few days. This works best in the summer. I've heard it works better than sunfading? I don't know entirely, but I have a few ponies I'll be trying it out on. I've read that Sunfading/peroxide baths can lighten cancer/mold spots. But any other color other than white or yellow is prone to color fading.

Oh, well let me know how it works! Also I have heard of people baiting cancer ponies, is it safe?

Be very careful with peroxide on ponies....it can ruin them, especially ponies that are not white!
