12:00 - 1:00 Lunch in the common eating area
  1:00 - 3:00 Attractions and arcade
  3:00 - 4:30 Party room for swaps and pony games
  4:30 - 5:30 Dinner


I hope a lot of you will want to come play as well as the party room portion.

That works a lot better for me. I'll have to take less time off work this way (my shift isn't actually over until 530). It will be easier for me to do the 3 o'clock, sorry to miss out on the games.

I'm bugging my hubby about it - so I hope to bring my kiddos too. My oldest son has been helping me sort through all my ponies.


It will be close to 3pm if not a few mins after by the time I get home, changed, get the kids and head over.

OK so I got it booked and payed for.
I booked the room for 4-530pm on Saturday April 14th

Only question is will room then food then games work for all of you?

Also I was planning on making another official Invite thread about it

Sounds good to me!  I'm not sure if my kids are old enough to really appreciate the sort of games they have there yet, so having the main portion first is definitely preferable for me.

I just got 1 regular party room since I didn't want to spend a fortune on the event.
It cost 25$ for the room but I didn't intend to have anyone else pay me back for it.
