Is Hasbro Releasing V-Day Ponies?

I thought by now we would have seen something in stores or heard news of a release.  I know it's only February 4th but V-Day is only ten days away.

I sure hope so. Those Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy variants stopped being sold before I got into MLP, so I wasn't able to get them.

It may be an indication on how unsuccessful previous releases were - I would think "holiday" ponies look less and less likely - they rushed out V Day Pinkie and then Easter Fluttershy but we saw nothing for Halloween or, most significantly, Christmas.

I would guess from the amount of x-stock which seems to show up of Easter Fluttershy [our large TK Maxx chain in the UK has loads of these] that these releases were not popular sellers and in turn this would probably make HB reluctant to try holiday releases again [at least for a while]

Yeah, they did do so well. (Mainly because they were pretty bland "special editions") So I'm thinking no special holiday ponies, unfortunately.

I agree. I don't know why they didn't make them a bit more special - if they'd done a TAF style Pinkie or Fluttershy like the G3 Winter Minty for example I'm sure everyone would have gone crazy over it, a couple extra symbols on the leg of a pony they already own isn't enough to make most people spend money buying it again.

lol We still have Spring Fluttershy here in at least one of our stores from last year because the store put her out so lat in the year xD

i bought the last fluttershy we had at walmart here in november. there were 2 but someone got the other one sometime during the day, so here they have a little popularity. i want the valentines day pinkie pie, but i've only seen them online. i wish they'd make a better holiday pony though. or even release one that isn't one they've had out for a while. like minty for christmas, we don't have a g4 of her in stores.
could cherry pie and diamond rose be our valentines day ponies?

It's too bad they are not releasing V-Day ponies, but maybe they will go back to special holiday releases again in the future

The Valentines Pinkie actually sold out at Target where I am other than a couple that I found that had fallen behind a display box. However I never saw the Spring Fluttershy until well after Easter and I think people decided the Fluttershy with the pet and wagon was more worth the price than one with just a basket and a fancy design.

Oh well there are always customs.

I'm not suprised the holiday G4 ponies didn't sell well b/c they were sold at like every store.  When G3s were out, most years the holiday ones were Target Exclusives.

Yeah....I think they would need a liiiiiiiiiiiiiittle more time than ten days to release a valentine's day pony *before* Valentine's day. So my vote is leaning towards nooooooooooo.....Sorry.............
