I found this around one of my baby Buggies...but I am having a hard time identifying it. Is it even MLP?

All I can say is they arent G1.....but I dont have much of a knowledge base on accessories for the other gens....

I'm about 90% certain that the pillow is from a Barbie set. the comb looks very Barbie-ish to me as well.

I think they are Barbie, I think I remember seeing them in stores. But I have to agree not pony.
