It's this rather nice plate and bowl set. Sorry for the poor quality (IMO) pic, taken with a phone:

The copyright date reads TCFC 1987, and 'France' is embedded on them.

They're cute no real dea on prices but MLP stuff like that fetches maybe $15

  i don't think i've seen clear plates before but thats not saying too much. you could try $10 or maybe even $15.  if it's worth it, some one will buy it.

Definitely one of those items that you have to let the market determine the price for!  It's quite cute.
