Claramel!  Have you received any messages from me?  When I got your message, I emailed you, but they keep bouncing back to me.  Your package was mailed as well.  I am still looking thru my papers and I found another receipt.  I am gonna do more pictures today.

I've received my refund now, phew!

Suecee contacted me - apparently the parcel was posted with the form filled out wrong so it's come back to her. She offered to send them out again which I have accepted.

I still haven't received that 5$ shipping refund. Not that I really care, it's just five bucks and I never asked for it but it has been promised and suecee said that the payment had been made and that it should clear in a few days. Now that some people are getting their refunds, I'm thinking that mine wasn't actually made...

Suecee can you clarify if sillymoosey's refund was made or not? And an update to when Claramel's package will be shipped or if it has been shipped?
 
Also pictures of receipts new and old would be greatly appreciated.  It will help reassure all parties involved and get this matter cleared up quicker.

Sillymoosey. Would it be possible to get you to pm your Paypal addy so I can double check your refund. I'm working on getting better pictures of the receipts. I had my sister pop over til late last night so I couldn't get it done.

heya = just wanted to update everyone that Suecee's paypal refund to me came through fine/no holds, waiting etc. and hopefully everyone else is OK on their resolutions

I wanted to say overall my dealings have been very amicable and we were easily able to get everything worked out so glad for that = wish I had MLP's of course, but very glad that selling-wise Suecee made everything right with a refund for no items in what I would consider a fine and timely manner

I have decided that I will also be declining my parcel if and when it arrives, since I waited so long for the ponies, I decided to buy other replacements for the one's from Suecee that never turned up at the time. I will do what ponyRN is going to do. Sorry, but I don't want anymore problems, I'd rather just keep my money and not be involved anymore. I have a lot of stuff going on at the moment and the added stress of this transaction hasn't helped.

  Icecrystalline  It's always stressful when a trade or sale goes wrong.  I am glad you found another seller in the meantime though.  I would as you said just refuse the package if it shows up and have it sent back to suecee.
 
Claramel have you received any confirmation that your package was resent?

No, Claramels package hasn't been sent yet.  I do shipping on Mondays normally, and told her this.  She will receive confirmation on Tuesday (Monday is a holiday).
