Oh dear. Well, you did the right thing to open a Paypal/Ebay claim! Hopefully it's just that she's a little behind on shipping again and waiting for some Paypal funds to come through. Not that that is a good excuse, but it is becoming more common now that Paypal holds money so long for sellers. Let us know how things work out for you! *pony hugs*
Oh my god! Exactly the same with me! I paid £150, £79 on 27th Dec and £85 ish on 3rd Jan, I still haven't recieved them and she is saying it is the PO! I asked for a refund and she said it wasn't fair on her! Anyone knnow what to do please?
I got an e-mail from her saying she had refunded me, and an e-mail from paypal saying that the dispute was closed, so even though the money hasn't shown up on my paypal, I'm hoping that means that the refund will be there in a few days.
I am glad that this was resolved so quickly, too. Not being a seller, I'm not used to waiting for money to show up on my PayPal account. How long should I expect it to take before I see the money back on my paypal?
Did the email from Paypal say anything about a pending refund or just that the dispute had been closed? IceCrystalline, have you actually received your refund or just an agreement to refund?
