I think it is different (not positive) and worth a bit more, but not sure of the exact value, sorry!

I've seen them for sale for around $100, but I recently got one for much, much less.

I can't remember exactly, but I think it was about $20 or $25 for the case, plus $10 or $15 for shipping from Greece. 

The outer images are pretty much the same as the Italian one, I think (which I don't have), and also the same as the Dutch/French version (which I do have).  The handle is different on the Greek one though.  And, of course, the logo's in Greek.
And, yes, the outer images that were used for all these (Greek, Italian, and Dutch/French) are completely different from ones on the American carry case.

i would have said about $20-$25ish for the greek carry case so cute! you have to love the pink twinkles
