Anyone in the know about care bears help me settle a discussing between me and me dad

I remember when I was a child having a care bear with a big plastic bubble on hes tummy, it had all of these little charms inside and when you pushed the bubble they flew around (to my memory!) He was my favourite but Ive never come across one so Im assuming it was a fakie..so, does anyone know?

Hmmm... We collect care bears and I've never seen one like that.... Sounds cute though!

Ooh thanks everyone I think that might be them! Cloudy childhood memories eh..I was convinced the bubble was on the tummy!
