2009 Redesign Pinkie Pie? ID Help

Who is the one on the left?

I found this little philly at a thrift store. She has the craziest hair I've ever seen lol. I tried to ID her but to no avail. The closest I can gather is that she's one of the first redesigned ponies to have come out. Her hoof stamp says 2009. Her cutie mark is weird. Its kind of like Pinkie Pie's balloon, but its in the shape of a heart.

She's adorable none the less, but I'd like to get an idea of what her hair was supposed to look like. Right now its just a huge afro of curls.

yep definitely Pinkies mom    LOL @ her hair   I dont think it was easy to tame even when she came out of her box   I'm sure you'll fix it though
