Found it! This is one of my clone characters, known as Alpha Zeta, riding the Vraactyl from Episode 3.  I remember the Vraactyl's name, her name was Bogga, as Obi-Wan called her. Yes, the lizard is a female. How I remember this, I will never know.

Actually, its funny you're into Egypt and starwars. My friend Kat is isn't both of those too and use to draw alot of Starwars art with Egyptian hieroglyphs. I loved it, but she's since stopped doing it. http://gothkath.deviantart.com/gallery/8910566 <- in case you're interested.
