iPhone 4s

Soooo, my b-day is on Friday, and for a present, I'm getting an iPhone 4s!!!  After years of cruddy LG phones that last about a couple of months each, I am so happy to be getting a decent phone that seems to last a while!  So, I have a couple of questions before I pick it up on Friday.  First, what are some of your favourite games for the iPhone?  I love playing games on my phone, so I'm curious as to what games you guys enjoy playing if you have an iPhone. 
Also, how long a battery life do you usually get with your phone?  I've heard that the iPhone doesn't have a very good battery life, and that seems to be one of the cons I've read in various reviews.  But it seems to vary, so I'm just wondering what you guys experience as far as battery life. 


Ooooh, I'm just psyched beyond words to get a decent phone lol.  It couldn't happen at a better time, either.  My LG Marquee's battery just went kaput and I had to buy a new one.  After only 2 months of use

I have the iPhone 4, not 4s, and I haven't had any problems with the battery life (I've had mine since October 2010).

I'm addicted to Fruit Ninja.  But another great app is MotionX-GPS Drive.  With it you'll never need another device for GPS.  And it has the option to buy a yearly-voice package, or just do it per month as you need it.  (We only get the voice for when we go on vacation).

I just got an iPhone 4s for Christmas. I don't find the battery life any different than an iPhone 4 or an iPod Touch 4th Gen. Basically, I watch movies or play games a long time with the volume turned down and the screen brightness set to auto-detect or low-brightness setting so I don't drain the batteries down. Doesn't matter which of the above devices I use. I have varying degrees of battery life with an average of a few days to one day. All depends on how much I use it. I always forget to charge it. I keep a charger in the car for this reason.

I got the iPhone 4 a few months ago, not the 4S.  I have to say, I'm happy with my purchase.  It's become my lifeline when I'm away from the computer.  You won't be sorry. :3

Favorite games include Bejeweled, Bookworm, and Dungeon Defenders: Second Wave.

I have the 4s and it is AWESOME!!!!

I do find the battery life short but I use it s LOT!!!

Love bejewelled, shark attack and angry birds!!

Everyone that reviews a phone says it doesn't have good battery life. It's not that it doesn't have good battery life, it's that the battery dies quicker than they want. You've never heard someone say, "This phone has bad battery life compared to X phone". No tho throw wrench into your purchase but I had an iPhone and switched to the Motorola RAZR because of the screen size and the Android OS which has widgets which are great. If you are looking to use the screen a lot (like play games) you'll want the biggest screen.

I love my 4s and I cannot imagine life without it.  I find the battery life to be just fine, especially for how much I use it.  I don't play a lot of games (I mainly surf the internet on it in my spare time) but I really have to compliment the phone's camera.  It's magnificent.

WOO!  I'm still using my 3GS after a couple years.  I find that I have to keep a car charger in my car because I often run the battery down to almost nothing over the course of the day (the con of having so many awesome things to do lol) and I like to always have battery life while I'm driving, just in case.

I'm boring and mostly use Solitaire on mine! Though occasionally I play Robot Unicorn Attack and Nyan Cat in Space.

I think the thing about battery life is...you use an iPhone more than you'd use another type of phone. I think that's what is it for me, anyway! Though my old phone could go a week without charging and I have to charge my iPhone every day or so, but it's no biggie. And like, my old phone had a small screen which wasn't a touch screen and was pretty much only good for calls and texts, so obviously it used less juice =P
