G1-G4 Non SS Wind Whistler

custom G4 My Little Pony "Wind Whistler". She is an updated version of the Generation 1 My Little Pony "Non- So Soft Wind Whistler". She has been painted with artist's acrylics and sealed with mod podge. Her hair has been rerooted with nylon hair and styled. (I'm sorry, I can't remember if I posted her before the arena changed!)
