G4s in thrift stores!

Yep, I have found a few, so I grab them for trades.

I haven't seen any figures, but I did spot a Canterlot play castle at Goodwill last week, brand new in the box.

Last time I was at Good Will all I found was a ratty looking G3 Scootaloo. =P

Well the only thing G4 related I found was a Fluttershy with a brush able tale and a molded mane,but it says on her leg that she was for McDonald's . Still was a surprise to me to find her though.

I ALSO found a talking Princess Celestia last week. Maybe kids are just sick of "My barrettes are SO pretty!"

What? How can you get sick of THAT? I just love how ridiculously out of character and conceited she is!

I can't believe so many of you are finding G4s in thrift shops already! I found a styling Rarity a few months ago, and was shocked to see such a new pony who was already being gotten rid of. I figured she was probably one of the first G4s to hit the secondhand market. Guess not

I was going to turn her into a custom Glory, but aside from a little pink highlighter on her ear, she cleaned up to be almost mint, so...now I have two styling Raritys

Forgot about finding a G4 McDonald's Pinkie Pie last year at my favorite thrift store when I posted earlier. That's all so far though.

I wish I could find more pony stuffs at the thrift store near me. I've only found one bag of G3s, nothing G4. I check it on a regular basis, bound to find something else eventually.

Man, you guys are so lucky!  I haven't found ANY ponies at a thrift store or garage sale since 2006!  I don't go very often now, because I never get my hopes up (plus my baby keeps me busy).  There are 5 surrounding my house, though.  You'd think I'd get lucky once in a while =P

wow they are showing up already?!   makes me sad that kids dont have the same attachment to their toys these days as we did *sigh*  oh dear I sound soooo old      
but anyways... yay !!! its gonna be more fun hunting the charity shops for ponies again now
