Wow those are some amazing ponies :D major congrats. I am so glad they all arrived safely, even after the beating that poor box took :/ I don't know what they do with some parcels, I have had much worse arrive at times, it does make you wonder what they did to the box along the way.

OMG, seriously I gasped when I saw the state of the box! what did they do to it?? im so happy everything in it survived it!! :) They looked about how they did when i put em in haha! Happy that you love em! ♥

Oh wow what a scare to find the box like that!
I'm happy all the ponies are alright, and they look wonderful too!
I must admit, I think that factory defect actually looks rather nifty. She's extra special. :)

But the mail can be horrible sometimes can't it? I wonder what they do with those packages.
I once ordered a plush for a friend of mine, and got a box that looked like someone had released a wildcat on it.  :blink:
Thank goodness the item was fine.
