G4's spotted in UK WH Smith

Hey everyone!


I spotted a few G4's in WH Smith in the North West of England today.  Was quite surprised to see them...
They didn't have price tags yet so must be quite new in.. They had Applejack, Lily Blossom and Pinkie Pie, I asked at the till and they retail at a rather pricey £7.49

Lol....how to WH Smiths stay in business!!! Everything in there is always so much more expensive than everywhere else!

Yeah I found only 4 ponies in one store (North East) on Sunday. They had a travelling Rarity and Rainbow Dash and 2 Cheerilees. There weren't prices like you say so took a Cheerilee to the till (expecting her to be £4-5) with a few other bits, I thought the total came to a bit much and well it was explained when I looked at my receipt D: Can't believe I paid that much for one G4, should have taken her back really but I hadn't been able to find her anywhere else and online with postage would be about the same price I think? Unless they make them cheaper that'll be the one and only pony I buy from Smiths. Ripped off much?

Ugh, I know, I was shocked that they're selling for 50% markup. But that's Smiths for you, always crazy expensive!

They do seem to have some of the earlier waves in though, there was a Lily Blossom in mine the other week and I still need to find Blossomforth and Sugarcup so if they end up stocking those two I might pay because the online prices are pretty crazy too.

Pretty pricey. I didn't mind paying it for my travelling Pinkie Pie last year though, as I haven't seen her anywhere else and they weren't supposed to be out back then xP My local now has a few of the bangless mane 6 now. I think they were either buy one get one free? Or buy one get one half price. Some sticker offer anyway!
