New To The Herd

Hi there!  I've been lurking around the forums for weeks now, but finally was able to complete my registration!  I guess my timing was bad with the collapse of the old forum and everything, so it's great to have made it here in one piece.  ^_^
Let's see... a little about me?  I'm a mom, and a college grad.  I speak Japanese and English (you probably guessed about the English already).  I love cats; especially tuxedos!
I live with my family in the Rocky Mountains where we usually endure rough winters but are enjoying a very mild one so far this year!  This is great for me since I'm originally from So. Cal, and snow just doesn't mix well with me.
I have one child and that's as big as our family is going to get.  He's a very cool preschooler who gives me the perfect opportunity to play with pony toys and watch pony cartoons!  We're the perfect team that way.
So I never owned a pony until this winter.  Ever.  I was very much the tomboy and just missed them during my childhood.  Something about the colorfulness has drawn me in though, and I find them absolutely adorable now.
So far, I have a bunch of G4s and just got some Blind Bags today.  I also have a G3 Minty.  I have 3 finished custom G4s as well (by me)!


My plans for my pony collection is to slowly flesh out my G4 herd until I've got them all.  I also want to keep customizing because I find it amazingly relaxing and a great creative outlet.  I'm kinda obsessed with Minty already, so I want to find more Mintys!  My biggest hope is that there will be a G4 version.

Minty is a really pretty pony.  I don't see why Hasbro won't release her as a G4 in the future.  *crosses fingers*  Have fun looking around the forums!  :cheer:

As far as Rocky Mountains Locale, I'm on the northernmost tip of Utah.  Never been to Colorado; seeing much snow this season?

I got my then 6 brother into ponys *he turned 7 on thursday last week*
What is your favouite pony and gen?
Mine is Pinkie Pie/Fluttershy/Rainbow :muffin: Pony Hooves and my favouite gen in Gen 4
