How difficult are they to behead and rehair?

They're actually really easy. But the neck plugs tear sometimes. I'd show some off but I'm on my phone right now. The tails are a pain to remove tho. They involve xacto knives and sometimes resculpting a pony's butt

I have! I actually love to use them, but as  RevRuby said, they are prone to tearing if you get a bit overzealous with them.

I've done three or so of them. I haven't had any problems with them, and really. Exacto knivesvare a great bonus with them.

The ones I've done the heads have come off super easy and the hair came out really quickly. I think some of the poses might be a bit harder, but I've never had any trouble!

I've done a few but never had to rehair them I didn't know you could

They are easy to rehair but cutting out the tail and sculpting a rear end and adding a tail are a bit more difficult. I recently did a mc swap on the old forum but I keep getting redirected every time I try to look them up. Here is the one I did I called it metalwork peacock. Sigh isn't posting correctly.

Ok, thanks! I found a few at Goodwill I might try and customize

I have never attempted one, I did pull the head off one once, but that was a task and a half lol.
