Life Size Fluttershy Plush Questions

I will use armature wire, found on this website

I may also use craft beans in her hooves to help her keep her balance. Do you suggest I use those? I will use wire to style the hair. The hair will also be made of minky like this or this: http://www.fabric.com/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=f9efc429-097a-4134-8b63-66ceb0f349fc (another broken a href code)
Which shade do you like better? I'm thinking the Baby Pink is a bit more accurate, but I can't be sure.
As for the wires, I'm probably not using something as think as armature for the hair. What would you suggest?
I also need help with dimensions. I am planning to use this and this
...except supersized. The full plushie will be 3-4 feet tall.
The tail will use the same sort of method as the mane.
The eyes and cutie mark will be embroidered. I'm new to embroidery, however. Does anyone have some kind of tutorial on embroidery or embroidery eyes (doesn't matter what style)?
Any tips?

If she's going to be that tall, you could always do her body, legs, and neck out of pvc pipe for added stability.
