I've seen alot of people wondering how to remove pindot mold - those tiny clusters of black dots that love pony feet and ears mostly, also known as smooze- and I don't think I explain the removal process properly (yup, the majority of the time it CAN be removed; quite easily, too) so I decided to make a semi-pictureal guide.
Its rather simple. Things you need:
REALLY hot water
liquid antibacterial soap in a pump bottle for easy access
fingernails (or a small steel brush would do I suppose for the fingernailless among us)
First we take our smooze victim. In this case, a Masquerade.
Say hi, Masquerade.
Completely smooze free. And it only took a few minutes to do all four feet and both wings.
"I feel like a new pony!"
And you look more like one.
The key is patience, patience, patience. And you won't need to boil water, oxyclean boil em, or whatever other method that costs more money or takes more time is. A $1.50 for the soap and water from the tap.
Ears - easiest to clean
feet - next easiest
wings - harder, but not difficult
necks/bodies - woah, takes a TON of time, but do-able most of the time
So grab your smoozed ponies, and get to cleaning.
